Returns & Exchanges Policy
Southside Road At Southside Road, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer both refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:
Refunds
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Shipping Fee Deductions:
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, an AUS$17.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.
- If you paid for shipping, you will receive a full refund of the item price (excluding your original shipping fee, which is non-refundable).
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem! We offer easy exchanges under the following terms:
- Contact Us: Email us at service@southsideroad.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your exchange.
- Return the Item: Once approved, return the item in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Reshipping Fee: AUS$17.99 fee applies to cover postage for the replacement item. This must be paid before your new item is dispatched.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Undergarments, swimwear, or earrings
